1. How do I pay?

2. l want to buy a cycling kit with different top and bottom sizes, is that possible?

Absolutely. To order a kit with top and bottom, you can add a note at checkout for the different size you need.We will arrange for the different sizes from our warehouse when we process the order for you.


3.Where do you ship to?

We provide free shipping and ship to more than 220 countries and regions across the planet. 


4. How long will the shipping take?

From the date of placing the order, we will ship within 24-48 hours(Excluding holidays), and the shipping time is 7-15 working days. Full tracking is provided on all deliveries. 


5. Can l request a customization of any of your products?

Yes, we can offer a customization of part of our products. The customization of clothing in design(add logo or Team name) Please submit such requests via email to bliss@pedalcyclinggear.com


6. lf l buy the wrong size, can l return and exchange it?

Yes absolutely!. You can contact our customer service within 15 days after received the order. Our professional team will solve the problem for you.


7. Can l cancel the order?

If your order status is not already Shipped, you may be able to ask us to cancel an item or the entire order. Once in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
