Refund policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have up to 60 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, each item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging where possible. You’ll also need to include your order number or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can contact us with any return question at bliss@pedalcyclinggear.com


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We would really appreciate it if you could contact us first before submitting a negative review. We will always do our best to correct errors and make things right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom or personalised products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
If your item does not fit, Please contact us. We will replace it for you free of charge. bliss@pedalcyclinggear.com


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (normally sooner). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
