Shipping policy

We offer free standard worldwide shipping for all orders.
We operate as a global online store, Most of our retro cycling jerseys and kits are produced to order and shipped directly from our factory in Asia,  We also hold a limited number of jerseys in our FR warehouse, which can usually be Arrival to UK and EU customers within 7 days.

As a guide these are our average delivery times:

Handling time: 2–5 business days (order processing before shipment)

Transit time to the UK & Europe: 5–10 business days (standard shipping)
Total delivery window: 7–15 business days.

Transit time to the US & Canada & Australia & NZ: 6–10 business days (standard shipping)
Total delivery window: 8–15 business days.

Transit time to the rest of the world: 10-23 business days (standard shipping)
Total delivery window: 12–28 business days.

All parcels are fully tracked and are covered against loss and damage (evidence of damage must be provided).

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control such as delays at customs or issues with logistics partners. We therefore will not provide refunds for missing parcels until 28 days from order date.
Taxes are paid where applicable. For all other countries we ship using DDP (delivery duty paid). You will therefore not be charged additional VAT when you parcel arrives.

Please note: Due to the complex and ever changing nature around customs duty and tariffs of individual countries, Pedal Cycling Gear will not be liable for additional import duties. It is the customer's responsibility to check their country's customs rules before ordering.
