Kelme was a professionnal spanish team that existed from 1980 to 2004.
The team was sponsored by Kelme, a Spanish footwear and clothing manufacturer.
The Kelme team also had success in other major races and tours, winning the team classification in the Vuelta a España (Tour of Spain) four times and the king of the mountains classification in the Giro d’Italia (Tour of Italy) three times. Famous spanish riders like Roberto Heras, Alejandro Valverde and Fernando Escartin raced for the team with the blue, green and white stripes.
